Living in Sackville (livinginsackville.ca) is the personal website of Chris Crowell, a REALTOR® with REMAX NOVA. This policy explains how we handle personal information under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

What we collect

When you fill in a form (for example to ask about a listing, save a search, download a guide or book a call) we collect the details you provide: your name, email, phone number, message and the listing or search you were looking at. Our website host and analytics tools may also collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and pages visited.

How we use it

To reply to you, send the guide or listings you asked for, arrange showings or evaluations, and provide real estate services. Your details are stored in our customer relationship management system (Follow Up Boss). Bookings are handled by Calendly.

Consent

We only contact you by email, text or phone after you have given consent on one of our forms. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email or emailing chriscrowell@remaxnova.ca.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with REMAX NOVA and with service providers who help us operate (hosting, CRM, scheduling), or where required by law, including real estate regulation and FINTRAC requirements if you become a client.
