What areas do you work in?
Sackville first, Lower, Middle and Upper, since that is where I live. I also help buyers and sellers across HRM, including Bedford, Fall River and Dartmouth.
How do I book a showing?
Find the home on the map search and hit "Ask about this home", or book a call and tell me which homes you want to see. I will confirm the times, meet you there and bring the comparable sales.
What does full service actually mean with you?
You view the homes or list yours and sign the paperwork. I handle the rest: pricing, marketing, showings, negotiation, conditions, the inspectors, lenders and lawyers you need, and the details through closing day.
Can you recommend an inspector, lender or contractor?
Yes. Through The Halifax Network Podcast I have sat down with inspectors, mortgage professionals, trades and stagers across Halifax, and I am happy to make an introduction.
Why do you need to see my ID?
Federal anti-money-laundering law requires every real estate agent in Canada to verify the identity of their clients. It is a quick step and your information is kept confidential.
